in short, as long as you sign up to a website which required your email / name / any info. its illegal unless your above 13 years old.

So when someone under 13 joins, its considered illegal, and some (paul murphy for eample) become spammers. the last forum i had which was an Invision fourm btw, got taken down because we had people under 13 on it. So i'm just saying, for the love of god add a age verifyer in the sign up page.

And aren't most of the people in createblog like, 13-14? i don't really like the 12 and younger kids like paul murphy. a lot of them are spammers and don't know what the heck they're doing.

I thought the youngest was 11...or 10. Man, you know how much the internet affects young kids? It's called the media. Kids younger than 13 should stay away from the internet unless it's for hw. But, some parents don't even have parental controls...or choose not to set it up.
