Remember these (http://www.createblog.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=74675) from my Portrait Photography topic? Well, for our latest project, we were to take 2 of our favorite portraits and manipulate them with special effects and techniques to emphasize a specific physical or personality trait. I kind of went a bit overboard and did 5 so now I need your help selecting the 2 best so that I may present them for critique in class.
Feel free to leave your own comments/critique/suggestions. I'm always open to your ideas. click thumbnails to view full size images 01 ![]() 02 ![]() 03 ![]() 04 ![]() 05 ![]() // EDIT 4.26.05 About the Critique Hey guys. I apologize for bringing back an old topic but I had to let you in on how it went at the critique. Welllll... There's about 25+ of us in the class. Each person brought 2-3 prints of their best works with them. We lined up about over 50 photographs and photomanipulations, critiqued each one, and narrowed it down to the best 8 pieces of the class. These 8 will be posted in the art gallery next year and will be up for the whole year for exhibition. 3 out of the final 8 to be displayed are mine. *dances* Thanks guys for your input, now you are all a part of this great achievement. =] |
