Okay, before you vote, I'd like you to read this. As some of you may know, Death Cab and The Postal Service have the same lead singer, so I was just wondering which of the two you like better since each band has the same voice but different sound.
Now if you've only heard of the Postal Service (since they've been getting some airplay lately) and you haven't even heard of Death Cab For Cutie please don't vote, unless you've listened to both bands recently. I'm actually fond of both bands, but I was just wondering what everyone else thought, too. Mucho love, Alyson |

Oh. Drama.
Anyway QUOTE ^totally didnt know that Really, you didn't know? I had always thought it was obvious. A lot of people say The Postal Service's songs are a bit techno-y (even I do) but Death Cab uses beats/synthesizers in some of their songs too, so it's hard to call. Both bands just have a really distinct different sound -- maybe it's because TPS is a bit more upbeat while Death Cab is more mellow and serious? Ack, I'm getting lost in my own gibberish.
