Underline/Entry width Options

Whenever I input the double underline coding, it won't work. I copied and pasted it right from this site and I'm sure it's worked for other people but it's not working for me.

Also, for my entry, the width just randomly shrunk. I didn't change the numbers but now it's smaller.

the underlinging code doesnt work for you cause you forgott to add the first part of the code the code u have is the second half.
