ok well im in a new school and all and not a lot of people know me yet. but there's this girl that i see during lunch. she sits with a whole bunch of girls and all and i sit with all the guys. but that not the point. well i thinks she's kind of hot and all but i have no idea on how to approach her cause at my old high school i was one of the popular kids so every one knew me and every thing. so wat im asking is how should i approach her and like mayb ask her out?

you should like say something like this but not at lunch maybe in the hallway..
"Hi I'm new here but I was wondering do ya want to be friends?" And to ask her out after you know her personality"Hi we've been friends for sometime now sooo I was wondering if you would like to go out since now we know each other..." but if you want you can add in "I've been admiring you ever since my eyes caught a glimce of you" will that do???
