Well, it depends. What do you find more important: You and your cousin's relationship, or you and this guy's potential relationship? If you choose the guy, then try and let her easily down with the news. If she really cared for you both, she'd just be happy that you two could find happiness. She will probably not deal with the news very well at first, but just give her time and be there to comfort her.
