HOT nor NOT?!, on fashion stuff Options

I'm going shopping this weekend & I was just wondering if some of these things are considered hott or not in your opinion. I'm not planning to get ALL of these things... just curious about them.

Hott or not?- Bermuda shorts? (the long-ish shorts just above the knee)
- Mumbo jumbo sunglasses? (the ones celebs wear)
- Layering a tank top over a long-sleeve?
- Leg warmers?
- Converse high-tops?
- Super long necklaces?
- Hot pink eye-shadow?
- Glitter mascara?
- Flats? (the slippers)
- Denim jackets?
- Colored contact lens?
- White eye-liner?
- Knee highs? (socks)
- Ripped / Damaged vintage jeans?
- Pearl necklaces?
- Shrugs? (cropped things you wear on the outside of your shirt.. like Linds Lohan & Ash Simpson)

Another warped fashion opinion. This is what I think anyhow...

- Layering a tank top over a long-sleeve? -- I have never seen this look good
- Leg warmers? -- umm, no
- Converse high-tops? -- oh yeah! but I prefer the low-tops. They're comfier.
- Super long necklaces? -- nah
- Hot pink eye-shadow? -- if you're the bubbly type
- Glitter mascara? -- NO
- Flats? (the slippers) -- like flip-flops? sure
- Denim jackets? -- OH yeah!
- Colored contact lens? -- I'm not into them
- White eye-liner? -- that's sick
- Knee highs? (socks) -- I've seen some cool ones with skirts, yeah
- Ripped / Damaged vintage jeans? -- fine, as long as there's no hole in the butt
- Pearl necklaces? -- uh NO
- Shrugs? (cropped things you wear on the outside of your shirt.. like Linds Lohan & Ash Simpson) -- are those the long sleeved almost-jacked thingamabobs, but they're, like, the length of a belly shirt?? UGH. Those look so tacky.
