DOUBLE CHOC-CHIP COOKIES (makes 24)
 ^^^^made them an hour ago 250g butter, softened 1 cup brown sugar ¾ cup caster sugar 2 eggs 2¼ plain flour, sifted 1 teaspoon baking powder ½ cup cocoa, double sifted 150g milk chocolate chips Preheat oven to 150°c. Place butter, brown sugar and caster sugar in a bowl and beat until light and creamy. Gradually add the eggs and beat well. Add flour, baking powder and cocoa and mix well. Stir through chocolate. Shape 2 tablespoon quantities (mine was like a small handful and they’re giant and it made 12) rounds. Place on baking trays lined with baking powder, allowing room for spreading, and flatten slightly. Bake for 30 minutes or until dark brown on the bottom. |

theyre even spread out cos i manually placed them on after i shaped them
