I've seen some people pronounce "Ciara" as see-are-uh and some people pronounce it as See-air-uh. I'm just wondering, how do you really pronounce it?

i pronounce it see-air-uh....but yeah, i've heard some people say see-are-uh
//edit: wait...i'm getting confused. i say...both  i saw ciara's name somewhere and i read it in my mind as "see-are-uh". but a couple of ours ago i read it as "see-air-uh"
