Moving xanga ad & colored buttons! Options

I need help. Obviously.

1) When you click the comments button on my xanga (http://www.xanga.com/home.aspx?user=coronii) the xanga ad moves alllll the way to the right and I've looked up and down my code but I can't find out what's wrong. Anybody knows what's up?!

2) Does anyone know how to make each button (the ones saying "ABOUT ME >>>" etc.) a different color?

Sorry if the answers were in Xanga Scripts, but I couldn't find them.
So... any pro's out there?
