window resizing issues, stuff moves when i resize window... |

so basically whenever i maximize my internet explorer window thing a bunch of stuff on the left side shifts around and sometimes overlaps, depending on where the scrollbar location is.
 i'd appreciate if anyone could tell me why that's happening and how to fix it...my guess is it has to do w/ the absolute location thing but i'm new at this and am far from having any expertise. my blog is at http://www.whitejello.blogspot.com

so i changed them all to divs instead but they still move, but at least they move all together so that nothing will get squished.
 Anyway, at least I now realize that divs are sooo much easier to work with. Thanks for the help!
