Hav u evr noticed how running on treadmills seem so much easier than the track?!? After running a mile on the treadmill, it wuld feel like nothing, but on the track, it takes a lot more out of u. And my legs feel like Jello after the treadmill too, it's weird.
Personally, I like the track better...treadmills r so Fn boring |

I agree, the track seems to go by so much farther. I think it's because on the treadmill, you aren't moving so it doesn't seem like you are gaining distance. Rather than on a track, you actually move and feel like you're accomplishing distance.
I prefer the track over the treadmill, but I still run on the treadmill instead ieven though I live across the street from my school's track ![]() |
