He was nice to me when he liked me. After a long while, he noticed I didn't like him too. Now he cusses me off and calls me a retard. How do I get him off my back?

Just dont talk to him anymore, wait until he apolgises if he doesnt jsut pretend he doesnt exist lol. I have made people cry by doing that lol
