He was nice to me when he liked me. After a long while, he noticed I didn't like him too. Now he cusses me off and calls me a retard. How do I get him off my back?

Stop talking to him, and when he comes up to you just walk away like you didn't see him. If that doesn't work out, you'll just have to cuss him out like he does to you. You can do it!
