I'd say Biggie as a freestyler, but Tupac was an awesome composer.

Ive never really heard either freestyle but as far as Talent I catagorize it in two different ways.
FLOW -----> Notorious B.I.G. LYRICS -----> 2pac BEST OVERALL ----> 2pac EDIT Come to think of I do remember some freestyles done by both. B.I.G. I think has a better freestyle. |
