Do you eat late night snacks? i heard if you eat food at night you get more fat? is that true?

i used to. not anymore.
it's true that if you eat late night snacks, you will get fat more easily because after you eat those snacks, you go to bed, and your body metabolism can't burn off the excess fat/calories/whatever. |
