everything set correctly, but still not working? why??? Options

^ thats my xanga and for some reason the blog does not scroll even tho i have the height set on the div and it has a horizontal scrollbar even tho i set the width to fit the blog box. Please help thanks

the first div is for the flash banner but it has a z-index of 1 so its at the bottom layer.
