like a css style sheet? it's where you have all your.. html stuff things..
ex: if you had a .css file it would have something like <STYLE type=text/css> <!-- blahblahblahblah--></style> you can make css files on a notepad.. when you save it and you name it, make sure that it's a ".css" |
