We, the members of Createblog.com need a Member Conflict Forum. a forum to deal out our problems with other members. if we dont, then people will continue to bash everyone. and thefore CB Will become a bad bad place.

No it's okay, that would seem kinda pointless and they can bash each other in many different ways. Three of which is using private messaging on createblog, chatting on instant messenger, or bash each other through email.
