Well, I used to bight my nails, and I still chew my lip and pick my nose.
I'm getting over picking my nose and I try to use a kleenex when possible but I can't seem to stop chewing my lip!! It's hell annoying!!  the day I chew my lip it's not bad but the day after it feels ucky and it looks bad  hmmm, and I jsut do it unconsciusly (sp?), it's really annoying  Do you have bad habbits? Do you know any cures for these bad habbits? What's your most outlandish bad habbit you've had, or still have? share!

I crew on pens...I chew on the skin inside my lips when I get nervous...I click clicky pens...if that makes sense...I rock back n forth...people think I'm on speed, but I've been doing it since I was a baby. Thats all I can think of.
