Any good diet plans out there, i need to slim down like a lot!!

i need to slim down like all over mostly stomach and thighs and i need a girls advice cus no one else seems to be helping me.. obviously *looks at self*

A great way to start is to not eat before you go to bed, you can lose weight so easily if you don't do that, I say don't eat 4 hours before sleeping
Also running works the thights and exercise, and the main important ingredient, self control and commitment, as soon you stop you'll gain and possibly more. Trust me I've been working on my weight, I lost 20 pounds, and as soon as I got lazy, I gained 30!

A good diet idea
Lower your carbs (atkins)
Don't constantly eat salads (it's actually bad for you after a while)
drink water instead of pop, and eat a carrot instead of a bag of chips, or an apple
The more natural the better when it comes to fruits and veggie.
Green tea I hear works good also

When exercising don't push yourself to the max, its bad just do enough, take an hour out of your day and after a week take 2 hours and so on.

The pounds won't fall off automatically give it a few trys, the more you stay to it, the easier it gets to shed the pounds. Hope I've helped!
