Custom Module Only, How? |

I tried searching for this but I DON'T THINK there were any other ones like this. My question(s) are:
1. How to you get only your custom module to appear (I don't have premium)? 2. How can you get a scrollbar for the custom module?<--I would also love the module to support HTML
