hi,u might be wondering wat this topic is about well hear it goes.u see im starting my own anime/media download/forum website,and i was wonderin if anyone can help me or give me step by step tutorial on making and codin html layouts.plz if u could,....help me.thx

You can use Microsoft or Dreamweaver or any other programs like that. There are loads of tutorials on them online. Even on HTML.
