recently I was listening to a song and it had imitated dripping of somethign into a pool. I was thinking about xanga layout when I was listening to this and was wondering if i could make a photoshop like this.
is it possible to make something like an ellipse, and then make a ripple effect, and then make it look 3d, and then make it look something in perspective?  you know, kinda like... blood... dripping into a small pool... with a ripple effect... and you're looking at it around chin level about 2 feet away. |

You can easily make a ripple effect wid psp by going to effects >> ripple
