i wanted to knoe how like wen ppl make banners or something they post a pic up and then they have a piece of tape that tapes the pic ... ER... well it was on one of the skins that was submitted.. and the person who made the skin said it was a brush.. anyone knoe where i can find it?

hahas "google it up" funny lol Try looking at sites that offer adobe or psp brushes. |
