I'm on the track team, so during the weekdays I don't have much time to eat a lot and I burn off ne calories I get... naturally I'm always hungry on weekdays. Then comes the weekend and I have all the time in the world, so I pig out... a lot. And I keep going until I feel like I wanna throw up.

this kind of reminds me of bulimia... bring a snack and TRY to each three meals. eat a banana before or after track practise.
