I'm on the track team, so during the weekdays I don't have much time to eat a lot and I burn off ne calories I get... naturally I'm always hungry on weekdays. Then comes the weekend and I have all the time in the world, so I pig out... a lot. And I keep going until I feel like I wanna throw up.

Heyy guys thanx 4 all the help! I just wana say that I actually DO eat 3 meals everyday, it's just that for track, we run so much i'm hungry anyway. I'll try to eat more healthy snacks and stuff. For weekends, i'm still working on controlling how much I eat. But thanx so much evry1!
