I'm on the track team, so during the weekdays I don't have much time to eat a lot and I burn off ne calories I get... naturally I'm always hungry on weekdays. Then comes the weekend and I have all the time in the world, so I pig out... a lot. And I keep going until I feel like I wanna throw up.

Well you know when you're hungry, you know when you're full. Bring snacks with you to practice. Maybe its hard to maintain healthy eating habbits, but you have to have enough time to have dinner right? It's not up to me to change your habbits, it's all in yourself. When you are hungry, simply get some food. When you are full you just have to force yourself to stop because that's not good for you. It's all about your self motivation on maintaining a healthy diet.
