I'm on the track team, so during the weekdays I don't have much time to eat a lot and I burn off ne calories I get... naturally I'm always hungry on weekdays. Then comes the weekend and I have all the time in the world, so I pig out... a lot. And I keep going until I feel like I wanna throw up.

Your routine during the week is not good, you should do something about your time so that you can fit in and actually eat atleast breakfast and lunch. There's been to many cases of people not getting enough nutrition due to loss of time.
