I'm on the track team, so during the weekdays I don't have much time to eat a lot and I burn off ne calories I get... naturally I'm always hungry on weekdays. Then comes the weekend and I have all the time in the world, so I pig out... a lot. And I keep going until I feel like I wanna throw up.

Eat three normal size portions throughout the day! Have little snacks, and drink water. Eat even if you're not hungry. Studies have proven that if you follow that diet, there's no need for you to be hungry throughout the day.
Make sure your diet is normal and is kept at the same routine. Oh, and I dont think this topic belongs here. |
