scrollbar at the bottom, it wasnt there yesterday ... Options

it is really weird...the scroll bar at the bottom wasnt there last night/yesterday or the days before, but then when i checked today, it was there for some reason ><" here is a screenshot of what i mean..

yea same here.. i dont see no scrollbar on the bottom.. try maxamizing you internet explorer page..
