Ladies, where do you get inspiration when you have to do creative writing? I'm blocked! Is there anyway you can help?

i don't think i even have creative writing anymore
 but if i did, i'd write about my boyfriend  i had this essay i had to write using personal experiences and i though about my boyfriend, and wrote about him  in normal essays i just think about how to elongate sentences without making it sound redundant...i tend to write them easily |
