I saw someone's sig with that white outline thing outside of the word, blah, this is confusing, let me just show you the picture.
 The white thing outside of the word..it's like... the white outliner.. How do you get that white thingy majiggy? |

Hmm, I don't know. I'm a PSP user and have been looking for a way to do this for a while. You can add an outline to your text, but it adds the outline *inside* the text, so if you have a really small or thin font it looks absurd. I'm sure there's some way around this... but I haven't found it yet!
