Ladies, where do you get inspiration when you have to do creative writing? I'm blocked! Is there anyway you can help?

For me i like to be around some sort of moving water...like a lake or the ocean......i just got a fish tank and it really does help you think better....
If you listen to the water and watch the fish swin, it relaxes your mind and allows it to expand....i sound like a yoga instructor!...LOL, but it does work for me!
