Get rid of scrollbar containing page..., Messed up Xanga!! Options

I recently added a bunch of icons to my page with a realli neat scrolling marquee in the header: heres the code

However, everything below (including my xanga page and blogs) is now stuck 'inside' with the marquee (Plz look at page...) HELP!?

Why is the </style> thing at the end of the codes?
Shouldn't it be </div> instead?
