There are some that will make it very obvious...they'll flirt alot...compliment you on various things...or some...that's not so obvious or blunt...and they just act different around you...but both will make eye contact with you...make efforts to start a conversation..but if you're lucky...there are some that confront you about it instead of dragging the process.
