Eating Disorders, How... Options

I wanna get one. Real bad.

I need one. I'm fat. I just don't wanna do it wrong and let someone find out.

So if anyone has any tips, tell me.

And getting an eating disorder will not help at all, you sound like you're excercising alot and you're eating alot of vegitables because you are a vegetarian *thumbs up* so that means you are very healthy. IT's been proven that chubby or "fat" people that are born that way can be much healthier than ppl who apear to be thin. I know it must be tough living with the fact that you were born a little chubby, but no one will judge that on you. think aoubt the freinds you have, your parents, you cousins, do they judge you on your weight? do they care if you're a model or not? you don't have to look like girls in a magazine to find happiness, being thin is often healthy but going balemic is certainly not.

My only other advice on how to make your self look better would be to jstu eat less, dont' make it an eating disorder but jsut ration yourself a resnoble amount of food to eaet each day. IT proven that eating less effects your weight far more than eating healthly does, although both are very, very important. I'm NOT saying starve yourself, buy a health food book and they'll probably tell you what's a healthy amount of food to eat in a day.

But I'll say it again, your weight doesn't matter nearly as much as being healthy, infact it doesn't matter at all, I have...about three freinds who are chubby, two of which are actually fairly "fat", but I dont' care, Iv'e never judged them on their looks, if I did I'd be shallow and stupid.

Eating disorders are extreamly dangerous.
Two years ago, I stopped eating.
I went 2 weeks straight, and ended up hospitalized.
I was 5ft tall at age 13 barley weighing 70 pounds.
Now I am 5ft tall at age 14, weighing a mere 87 pounds.
I also, have the wonderful honor, of taking 8 pills everyday..
According to my doctor, my stomach lining has thined due to my 'non-eating habits' and without medication to strengthin it, I could get stomach cancer.

And all I did was not eat for 2 weeks...

It's not worth it TRUST ME.
You'll regret it, there are better ways to lose weight!
