i have been using psp9 for a while and have been trying to blend images. but it does not seem to be working for me. so would photoshop be better? or should i practice more?.

i dont like psp very much...i pretty much only use it for blending...cuz i cant blend with photoshop but i can do pretty much anything else on there..
