Yes yes, I know that copying is supposed to be one of the biggest forms of flattery, but how many of you know people who copy you or someone else you know? They can't seem to have their own personality, sense of style, or be an individual. Instead, they have to do everything someone else does. And I'm not talking about little things, but more in an almost extreme way. I mean I have a best friend and we were totally different but now it's like she's morphed into a "mini-me", to the point that people say we look the same, act the same, talk the same, and even get us confused. It's pretty sickening. But yeah, do you know someone like that? Share your stories =]

Some people at my school copy all the music I listen to.
I'll be listening to Children of Bodom and someone will ask me what I'm listening to. I'll tell them. The next day, they're all "yaaaaa, I'm such a HUUUUGE fan of Children of Bodom!!!11!1111" or something to that effect. I realize people can like the same music I do, but they don't know anything about the band. They just think it's cool to have a huge-assed list of bands they like. |
