does the amount you sleep, affect your period?

i dono...i ususally go to sleep very late. like. 12ish or 1ish...and my period didnt come for april. and that happened for feb. and then i just got it march 4th. so i guess that was my period for feb. so i thought that would happen this month too, but its not..its awesome happy.gif but i dono when/if i'll get it this month early/late so ahhh its so annoying. do u think i'll get it this month? (i've had it for about a year and a half and i'm 13).

well as some others have mentioned.. the first 2 years or so your period usually comes irregular. i don't really think that sleeping has anything to do with it.. but then again i could be totally wrong. i used to go to bed at like 12 on school nights and i would have the hardest time getting up and i would have these big dark circles under my eyes and the last couple months i've been getting to bed earlier than 10:30 and i feel SO much better in the morning. wow it's amazing what sleep can do!! biggrin.gif
