A good friend of mine, John Dyke, committed suicide last weekend. The details aren't very clear as of yet, but for those of you that knew the guy, although I doubt none of you have, please say a prayer for him and his family. I saw Dyke, along with a couple of my other friends, about a week before he left to go to Japan. He was all smiles and as you could figure we are all stunned by this. My friends knew John much better than I, but it really breaks my heart when people so young take their own lives when they have so much infront of them.
RIP John. |

Hello my name is april and i think that i know your friend. I picked up a paper yesterday and went to read the obituraries and much to my suprise i saw one for john dyke who grew up in metro atl. and lived in gilmer county. He was employed by wal*mart. If this is the same person please let me know. I am pretty sure that it is but i would really like to know for sure. I knew him from wal*mart. He always picked on me when i went in there and i always had to find him to talk to him cause he could always put a smile on my face. I am really sorry for this loss but i know how you are feeling.
