ok well now i am in 7th grade. and i like this guy who happens to be really shy so i know i am going to have to make the first move someday. i kind of have a plan worked out already (haha i am wierd). towards the end of next year, since we will be graduating and going to high school, i plan to "pretend" like i am asking everyone their screen names to keep in touch (but i really will be i guess). so naturally i'll ask him and he'll probably give it to me. Now freshman year in highschool, say there is a dance or something, I would like to ask him to it. Is it better to call him or to instant message him?Since my school has their own phonebook i just have to look up his last name and there is his number. Or is this even a smart plan?

Why are you waiting so long??? Freshman year, isnt that like two years away? Things could totally change by then. If you really like him a lot now, start talking to him more and become more friendlier with him. Then maybe he'll give you his sn and start to realize how you feel.
