Honestly, I'd be a little uncomfortable if I heard a guy who I thought was straight come out and say another man is attractive.
I guess it's because men are supposed to be competitive and masculine when it comes to attracting the opposite sex. And since some men find it sexy for girls to touch each other, etc. it'd be sexy for them to start complimenting each other. Those kind of statements spark ideas in a man's dirty dirty mind.
