How can you get those white/transparent boxes? Also how can you get those double border things? Please and thank you!

I don't see anything transparent. The backgrounds are white.

<!-- begin code provided by createblog.com --><br /><style type="text/css"><br />table.blogbody {<br />  border: 3px double #000000;<br /> }<br />table.left th {<br />BORDER-left: #000000 3px double; <br />BORDER-right: #3399ff 3px double; <br />BORDER-bottom: #000000 3px double; <br />BORDER-top: #000000 3px double;<br /> }<br />table.left TD {<br />border: 3px double #000000; <br /> }<br /></style><br /><!-- end code provided by createblog.com -->

and that is for the double borders. change the color of the borders and pste into your custom header.
