Whether it is sports or studying or whatever, what do you think of that makes you push for that extra 5 minutes or however long it is. I think of my best friend and how she died and I just get so mad and I just get an adrenaline boost whenever I think of that.

for sports(mostly wushu)...i think of how good i can be. i mean, ive seen how good my coach is, ive seen people my age and younger do the same things. i just tell myself that the more i practice, the closer i get to being like them
