I was talking with a good friend of mine and about how we want to get back in shape again before the summer. I'm not really sure how a gym is, some people love it others hate it and say theyre just out for the money.
So whats all your opinions and expierences with going to a gym? |

my school has a weight room but i see mostly guys in athletic sport in there.
i have never been in the gym before but maybe one day ill try (got no money). i really need to get off my butt. im getting fatter everyday.  PE in school was the only i kept myself in shape but this year i dont have it so i gotta do something.
