I was talking with a good friend of mine and about how we want to get back in shape again before the summer. I'm not really sure how a gym is, some people love it others hate it and say theyre just out for the money.
So whats all your opinions and expierences with going to a gym? |

don't you have a gym at school? or even at the Y it's cheap to get in. (YMCA that is)
