I was talking with a good friend of mine and about how we want to get back in shape again before the summer. I'm not really sure how a gym is, some people love it others hate it and say theyre just out for the money.
So whats all your opinions and expierences with going to a gym? |

I'm joining one this summer so I can get more tone and fit
 As long as you take advantage of it and go everyday or at least try to you will get your moneys worth. Don't join a gym if you plan on going once a week. |
