I was talking with a good friend of mine and about how we want to get back in shape again before the summer. I'm not really sure how a gym is, some people love it others hate it and say theyre just out for the money.
So whats all your opinions and expierences with going to a gym? |

there should be trainers at gyms or people that help you out.
theres a weight room in my school, which i used to go to but now its not open anymore, so my dad got me passes to the Y |
