I was talking with a good friend of mine and about how we want to get back in shape again before the summer. I'm not really sure how a gym is, some people love it others hate it and say theyre just out for the money.
So whats all your opinions and expierences with going to a gym? |

Anyway.. I think a gym is a gym and if you are devoted to get back in shape, going to a gym will help.. Long as you're devoted. I think its a good idea... |
